Inclusion policy

Families are made up in all different ways and everyone’s journey to parenthood tells a powerful story. Your family is amazing and strong in their own right and I am truly blessed to work with you at this precious moment in your lives. No matter how your family looks, where you live, what you believe or where you come from, you are capable of creating a loving and healthy family.

I believe that breastfeeding can play a critical role in the reduction of race-based health disparities and can have a positive impact for parents and children far beyond the first year of life. Your family is its greatest strength and it is my honor to work with you toward achieving your individual feeding goals. I welcome parents and babies from all walks of life and I will strive to always provide evidence-based, supportive, and compassionate care.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, I will wear a mask during all visits and request that you do the same (if medically able). I fully comply with the MN Department of Health guidelines and commit to practicing COVID-safe behaviors. I am fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Equipment will be sanitized after every visit. If any member of your household or any recent close contacts test positive for COVID or are experiencing symptoms consistent with coronavirus, please let me know as soon as possible so we can adjust your visit accordingly.

Cancellation Policy

A $50 cancellation fee will be charged to your card if your appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

HIPAA Compliance

Your privacy is important to me. All booking, charting, communication and payment software that I use is HIPAA compliant. To protect my own safety, my husband is informed of the location of every home visit as outlined in the consent form.
